Vintage BCPA Airlines Photo Circa 1946 -948
A genuine old photograph of a British Commonwealth Pacific Airlines on the tarmac at ( we think ) Whenuapei Airport, Auckland, New Zealand. The airline operated between New Zealand, Australia, North America, and Canada around 1946-48. The pictures measures 12 3/4" x 10 3/4" and has some minor spotting and marks but generally in very good condition. Framed but no glass. The plane is, we think, either a converted war surplus Douglas c47, or DC4, ex the USAF.
