GreaseGuard® Industrial Strength Grease Trap and Drain Cleaner.

GreaseGuard® is a high strength, liquid bacteria and enzyme product, specifically designed to breakdown and prevent build up of fats, oils, and greases commonly found in commercial greasetraps & drains. The unique consortium of grease degrading bacteria, coupled with concentrated enzymes is backed by independent research, and will help leave your grease trap clearer for longer while helping to control odour.

DIRECTIONS:
For best results, dose directly into grease trap or into the plumbing immediately prior, using a dosing pump at a dose rate of 100ml per day per 300L capacity. The product should be metered after kitchen shutdown. Alternatively the product can be manually poured in.

Each greasetrap is different and dose rates may need to be varied to achieve optimal results.

Dosing pumps are also available that can be preset or adjusted to ensure your dosing is reliable.

Sometime greasetraps will be undersized or there will be excess food scraps entering the trap. In both cases, the dose rate may need to be increased.

Dose Rate:
100mL/day per 300L of greasetrap capacity.

eg. a 900L greasetrap requires 300mL per day of GreaseGuard.
