Nice souvenir napkin ring from this vessel.The passenger steamship Karoola was built in Belfast by Harland and Wolff for McIlwraith McEacharn Ltd of Melbourne, Australia. In 1915 the vessel became an Australian troop ship and then later served as a hospital ship. She returned to civilian service after the First World War, was laid up in 1936 and scrapped in China in 1937.
